This page will display a list of quotations requested (if any) by the user. This is a page where the user can ‘Request a Quote’ for his order.
After clicking on ‘Request a Quote’ user will be redirected to a page where he will fill necessary details about the order. Details will include:
- Order type – Pickup and deliver OR Receive in and deliver.
- Origin address and contact details.
- Destination address and contact details.
- Service level – Room of Choice, Threshold and White Glove.
- Item (add) – Packaging type, Description, Quantity, Height, Weight etc.
- Valuation – Insurance coverage.
- Accessorials – Extra accessories like extra work needed and so on.
After filling all the above information and clicking ‘Submit’, the quote will be saved successfully.
The quote will be sent to us for evaluation. The status of the quote will be shown as ‘Waiting for Response’. We will review the quote request and an e-mail will be sent to the user giving the estimated price of quote which will also reflect in the quote ‘view’ screen at user’s end.
Then the user can accept the estimate either directly from email OR from quote ‘view’ page on his account. User can also convert the quote into an Order from there.
